Yassou! 2014 V.I.G. Experience Fundraiser

Here it is.  Our first annual "Very Important Greek" Lamb Roast Experience.  A private "villa" (aka Tent) set-up on the festival grounds for you and up to 30 of your closest friends, family, and coworkers.  It is in this cozy setting that you will be catered to by the chairmen and founders of the Yassou! Greek Cultural Festival.  An extravagant menu of appetizers, side dishes, and accompanying proteins will take you on a culinary tour of Greece.  Everything possible will be prepared tableside, so you and your guests can talk and ask questions of the chefs.  The whole experience culminates with the carving of a whole-roasted spring lamb, served Greek-style!  A once in a lifetime cultural experience.  Special selelections of wine and beer will be served to you and your guests from our Taverna during your meal.  Enjoy!  Happy bidding!
